Refund Policy
We understand that due to the nature of our products, damages and discrepancies may occur. Although we cannot guarantee a full refund, we will do our best to work with you. Please advise that we are not responsible for any shipping delays, once the product has left our warehouse. But our team will help file a claim with our shipping carriers to receive credit. In order to do so, we require credit requests to be made within 24 hours of product arrival, including photos of the damage products. (Please note that UPS does not offer money back guarantee on shipment delays.)

All white florals are naturally prone to slight bruising and browning – refunds may not be approved.
FedEx Shipping issues must be claimed through FedEx as we cannot be responsible for the box once it leaves our facility.
We require a form of payment upon ordering. We do not hold credit card information unless given a written permission to do so.
