A favorite
lei of Old Hawai'i, the lightly vanilla-scented maile was a lei of peace and
love. Our maile leis are three-stranded - the lei maker slips out the bark
and leaves from the core (which releases the scent), then knots and twists
the strands together.
Must be ordered a week in
advance.
